More Clones
more clones
Everyone starts with 6 clones, which are called your prime clones. After that point you can buy more clones in packs of six according to the table below.
From clone #7 and every clone till #12 the character gains one visible tic for each of these clones.
From clone #13 to clone #18 the character gains one automatic maim for each of these clones.
Beyond clone #18 the character gains a permanent insanity for each of these clones.
These effects are cumulative so the #8 clone will have the #7's tic, as well as a new tic.
A #20 clone would have 2 permanent inanities, 6 permanent maims, and 6 visible tics.
Scrubbing a clone template costs 10,000 credits, and treats the next clone as if it were your first for purposes of determining genetic drift. (Costs remain the same)
All costs are subject to overhead and hidden fees.
| 6-pack | Clone #s | Cost | Cost/Clone |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Prime + 1-6 | 2000 credits | 400 credits |
| 2 | 7-12 | 6000 credits | 1,000 credits |
| 3 | 13-18 | 15,000 credits | 2,500 credits |
| 4 | 19-24 | 30,000 credits | 5,000 credits |
| 5 | 25-30 | 60,000 credits | 10,000 credits |
Additionally a clone template needs occasional scrubbing. Lack of scrubbing results in the following genetic drift:
